Any new year always make me nostalgic for the past. I spent a good part of last evening watching videos of our daughter as a little kid (now she’s six) and in one of the old videos, she called me a silly pickle. That’s my new insult for 2016 – Silly Pickle.

I’ve had this little blog since 2007 – holy moly that’s a long time. Blogs are out of fashion now, right? It’s all on the twitter or facebook now. But I’m going to keep this little blog going. Does time go faster as we get older?
